Both equestrian and residential home sites are available at The Oaks, making it equally suited to equestrians and nature lovers alike.
Equestrian Home Sites
Parcels larger than two acres are considered equestrian parcels. With these home sites, owners have equity ownership rights to the community barn, Oaks Equestrian Center. Current annual assessments are $150 per months for a sustainable community. Open your back gate to acres of natural Florida landscape. Ride under grand live oaks, enjoy the water feature at the community cross country course with your horse and enjoy the miles of looped trails for riding, jogging or walking your pet. Current available equestrian parcels range in size from four to 40 acres.
Residential Home Sites
For those that aren’t horse owners or simply desire less land, The Oaks offers one and two-acre home sites. A limited number of residents can enjoy direct access to the trail system. Nestled among equestrian parcels lie an opportunity to experience open space without the higher maintenance levels of a larger parcel. Residential home site owners contribute $250 annually to association maintenance and do not hold an equity interest in association property. One-acre parcels back up to a 300-foot corridor of common areas offering the open space of a traditional golf community with nature being the focus. From our large population of fox squirrels, an occasional deer, or a horse and rider, you can experience a country atmosphere without isolation.
A hallmark of The Oaks is the competition quality equestrian center. Designed by Equestrian Services in conjunction with Olympians Karen and David O’Connor, the center was built to adhere to the stringent standards of O’Connor Design. The debt-free facility is currently leased and under the operation of Ken Najorka of Najorka Performance Horses. Services and boarding are available to residents on a priority basis.
